Autumn Mindfulness
Good morning
I must say autumn is my favourite month and I love the change in the trees and nature. I found these lovely autumnal colouring pages and thought I would share them with you.
Happy colouring!

Good afternoon on this wet Wednesday. 💧
Today I want to share – Anxiety Tools for parents. The Anna Freud website is one I use regularly, both for my work at school and personally. Feel free to take a look. 😃
Enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi everyone
I hope you are all well and getting back into the routine of school again.
I came across this lovely resource during lockdown and I wanted to share it with you all. It is from the Childline website and it is a mood journal. It proved popular during lockdown for some children and helped them to put their feelings down somewhere. Lockdown has been a journey for all of us and it is important not to forget to talk about how we are feeling.
I will get back to sharing resources regularly on here so watch this space! 😃
Have a lovely day.

Hello everyone
As lockdown continues, I don’t know about you but, I am trying to look for new things for my children to do or eat. After the 100th trip to the fridge during the day I thought, “I need to find something they can make themselves”. The recipes on this website are fantastic and something different to picking out a biscuit or a packet of crisps! We love the nutty rice cakes….
The activities are good too. Although we have done a lot of walking and cycling, we have also tried yoga. The 10 minute shake up games are great for any Disney lovers out there.
Have a look and see if you can try something new.
Please take care and stay safe.

I thought I would share this lovely calendar for June from the Action for Happiness website. Why not print it off and stick it on your fridge?
Take care and stay safe.
