14th March 2025 – Agents Of Change Outcome, FOSM Easter Egg Hunt, and more

Wow!

  • We had an amazing worship learning all about how our classes and year groups have been Agents of Change 2025! See the photos below.
  • We’ve got new picnic tables coming, all because of FOSM’s hard work and your generosity. THANK YOU!
  • Good luck to Dance Live next Friday. 90 of our children are performing at G-Live in Guildford!
  • And sadly we say goodbye to Miss Williams, one of our Year 1 LSAs, who had her last day at St Mark’s today. She has been amazing, and we wish her all the best in her new ventures.

Have a great weekend, Mr Applegate :)

Music of the Week

The Hebrides: Mendelssohn

Felix Mendelssohn was a German composer in the Romantic Era. This piece of music was inspired by a trip to Scotland when he visited the island of Staffa with its sea cave known as Fingal’s Cave. This tune popped into his head whilst he was there and he wrote it down on a postcard to send back home to his family.

Being a parent is tough!
