No change to our provision

Dear parents and carers,

Following Boris Johnson’s statement tonight (Sunday), I want to reiterate that nothing has changed in terms of our provision at St Mark’s.

• We are only open to the key workers who we were open to previously.
• Children must stay at home where at all possible.
• Children of those in construction or manufacturing must therefore stay at home still.
• We have had no clear advice to the contrary, and should we receive such advice, we will confirm this with you.

We are concerned about the opening of school in June to certain year groups – young children don’t social distance! But there is at least time for decisions and plans to be reviewed. This announcement is as much a surprise to us as to you, and we will see what happens in due course.
